Quebec Auto Show among North America’s top events

The Quebec Auto Show is positioning itself as one of North America’s top-performing automotive events after a new attendee survey found high levels of customer satisfaction and purchase intent among visitors.

The findings come from research conducted during the 2026 event by the Canadian consulting and market research firm Clarify Group. According to the study, the Quebec Auto Show achieved customer loyalty and satisfaction scores more than 20 points higher than the average reported by other auto shows across North America.

The survey found that 34 per cent of attendees visited the show to help finalize a vehicle purchase and gather information to support their decision-making process. Among visitors already shopping for a vehicle, 40 per cent said they expected to complete a purchase within one year of attending the event.

“The results from the last edition are very encouraging,” said Charles Drouin, General Director of the Quebec Auto Show, in a statement. “Our event stands out among the top-performing auto shows in North America. This demonstrates that our team’s efforts are working.”

Organizers said the findings also underscore the event’s value as a marketing and sales platform for automakers and dealerships. According to the survey, 88 per cent of attendees said the show was useful in influencing their next vehicle purchase decision.

“Every year, the Corporation Mobilis team raises the bar, delivering an amazing event that reflects positively on both the automotive industry and the Quebec region. The findings of the firm Clarify Group Inc. bear witness to their triumphant endeavours. We are thrilled with the outcome,” said Sébastien Bolduc, President of the Quebec Auto Show.

The 44th edition of the Quebec International Auto Show is scheduled to take place March 2-7, 2027, at the ExpoCité Exhibition Centre in Quebec City.
