Autopoint has come out with a new solution that it said will change the way dealers market their vehicles to customers.
It’s called Sales Journey, and is meant to help attract new customers and retain existing ones as they prepare to buy or lease a new vehicle in a competitive dealer market.
Through the tool, dealers will gain a marketing advantage at critical early stages in the vehicle sales process by being better prepared to anticipate customers’ needs and co-opt competitors, said the company.
“Sales Journey creates an essential link between the service relationship and the sales lot,” said Mike Martinez, Managing Director of AutoPoint, in a written release.
“Smarter proactive marketing to the new vehicle buyer eases the transition for existing service customers back to the sales lot, as well as engaged new customers who subsequently join the retention cycle. Sales Journey gives dealers an effective way to reach those new customers before they’re lost to the competition,” he added.
