Zanchin Automotive Group has established a new scholarship in honour of retiring employee Carmen Scaglione, recognizing his long-standing contributions to the organization, according to a company release.
The scholarship will support students pursuing post-secondary education and is intended to reflect Scaglione’s legacy within the dealer group. Zanchin said the initiative highlights both his impact on the company and its broader commitment to community involvement and employee recognition.
“For 38 years, Carmen has been an integral part of the Zanchin family. In addition to being a top sales performer, he was renowned for his exceptional customer service. His energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication to both our customers and our community have left a lasting impression on everyone around him. This scholarship is our way of ensuring that his legacy inspires the next generation of automotive professionals,” said Joe Zanchin, Zanchin Automotive Group founder, in a statement,
Scaglione spent decades with the organization, playing a key role in its growth and operations. The company said his leadership and dedication helped shape its culture and contributed to its continued success in Ontario’s competitive retail automotive market.
