With the Nissan Micra Cup coming to Ontario, Nissan dealers across the province are showing their spirit by displaying a Nissan Micra Cup race car in their showrooms.
About 20 Nissan dealers across Ontario are participating from mid-March to about mid-April, with the first stop of the dealer tour at Myers Nissan and Myers Orleans Nissan in the Ottawa area.
Visitors will be able to see the Micra Cup race car, the stock Micra 1.6 S M/T model with minor modifications, including NISMO suspension, in participating dealerships.
“The first season of the Nissan Micra Cup surpassed expectations on all levels, and most importantly, enthusiasm from the Quebec dealer network has been fantastic,” said Joni Paiva, president of Nissan Canada Inc. in a written release.
“We are thrilled to keep that momentum going and bring the same level of excitement to Ontario showroom floors with the expansion of the Nissan Micra Cup for the 2016 season.”

Micra Cup fans can watch races at Calabogie Motorsports Park in May, and at the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park in July and September.
