MacIsaac is Sym-Tech’s new VP of Sales

Steve MacIsaac has been tapped as the new Vice President of Sales, Western Ontario & Western Canada, for Sym-Tech Dealer Services.

In his new position, MacIsaac will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and successfully reaching sales and new business acquisition targets for the company. He will also lead and manage Sym-Tech’s field team from Southwestern Ontario to British Columbia. MacIsaac has more than 15 years of experience with high-performance sales teams.

“Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in automotive sales, Finance and Insurance, and performance coaching,” said Sym-Tech in a news release. “His expertise includes building dynamic sales teams, coordinating cross-departmentally to incorporate a broad range of sales strategies, and forging and sustaining exceptional relationships, which result in robust sales performance, business development, and growth.”

MacIsaac joined the company in January 2012 and has held increasingly challenging and enhanced leadership roles, according to Sym-Tech. This includes being District Manager and Regional Manager.

In November 2018, he was promoted to National Sales Manager for the Audi After Care and Volkswagen Protection Plus programs, which are both administered by Sym-Tech. MacIsaac led a field team during his time in this role, and focused on boosting Volkswagen and Audi dealership F&I profitability, along with customer satisfaction and overall program performance across the nation.

MacIsaac received his OMVIC certification from Georgian College, and is considered by Sym-Tech to be an innovative, creative, and analytical business leader.
