To help job seekers improve their job search process and dealers cast a wider net when posting job openings, the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association has launched a new version of its public-facing consumer-services website, CarsandJobs.com. The site has new features to expedite the process of uploading a resume and posting job offerings on an external job listings site.
On the previous site, job seekers had to manually retype or copy and paste their resume into the database. With the new version, they can “save time” while uploading their resume will allow for “the best possible presentation of their talents,” said the TADA in a news release.
TADA Dealer Members will have the option of setting their job postings to also display on Indeed.ca along with being shown on CarsandJobs.com. The “time and hassle saving feature” is located on the Dealer Members’ dashboard in the Post A Job page, said the release.
With a growing number of displayed jobs and positions filled, the TADA also said it is planning on adding “future improvements” to the site.
The new resume posting feature will not affect a dealer’s ability to perform a comprehensive resume search using the TADA platform.
