Regency Lexus has been awarded the 2015 Lexus Pursuit of Excellence Elite Award for its ‘Butler Service.’
In 2014, the family-run Vancouver-based dealership launched the personalized service with the goal of nurturing more intimate relationships with customers and making them feel valued.
As part of the butler service, sales staff greet individual customers by name as they walk through the door of the flagship store, said the dealership.
“This award is a testament to our team’s dedication to personalizing the customer service experience and going above industry norms to make our clientele feel valued,” said Izzam Ahamed, General Manager of Regency Lexus, in a written release. “In a day and age where the retail experience can be very sterile and automated, we focus on building personal relationships and honest communication both within our team and with our customers.”
He added, “Our focus on customer satisfaction has been a key differentiator for us. Whether it’s through the direct interacts with our staff, or innovative solutions like our Butler Experience, our service offerings aim to exceed standard industry practices; we’re always looking for ways to innovate and improve.”
The Lexus Pursuit of Excellence Elite Award goes to Lexus dealers who demonstrate outstanding levels of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
