HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO HEAR AT THE 2016 CADA SUMMIT, TO BE HELD FEB. 10, 2016, AT THE OMNI KING EDWARD HOTEL IN TORONTO

CADA Chairman Harry Mertin and Rick Gauthier, President and CEO of the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association, will kick off the event with their opening remarks.
Dealers will see an exclusive CADA Summit video interview interview with William Clay Ford, Jr., Executive Chairman of the Ford Motor Company.
Morning keynote speaker, Ralph Gilles, Head of Design for FCA — Global, will talk about vehicle design, and how that’s helping to shape the customer experience.

Douglas Stephens, Retail and Consumer Futurist and Founder of Retail Prophet, will focus on the future of retail and how technology, economics, demographics and media impact consumer behaviour, along with the changing relationship between retailers, brands and customers.
Ray Boisvert, Former Assistant Director of Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) & Senior Associate of Hill & Knowlton Strategies will present on “Cyber Security and the Automotive Industry.”
Jeff Ansell of Jeff Ansell & Associates will help dealers learn how to prepare for and respond to a crisis, whether for their brand or their store, in his dinner keynote speech. Those attending the keynote will receive a free copy of Ansell’s book entitled When the Headline is YOU — An Insider’s Guide to Handling the Media.
Michael McGhee, Senior Vice-President & Business Head of TD Auto Finance will provide the top financing trends impacting the auto industry.
The popular OEM panel will returns this year, which includes:
