Audatex, in partnerships with AutoPoint and Identifix, is bringing AudaVision back to Toronto with a lineup of industry experts who will shed light on what’s next in the auto industry.
Held on April 7-8, 2015, at the Palais Royale, AudaVision 2015 will explore the theme of “Next is Now,” with a focus on how automotive retailers can deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Keynote speaker Brian Solis, a digital analyst, anthropologist, futurist and award-winning author, will present The Future of Business: Rethink Your Business Models to Incorporate the Power of “User” Experiences, on the importance of the customer experience and how the future of business will come down to shared experiences.
Tony Krajewski, who leads Deloitte’s Customer Solutions practice in Toronto, will present the findings from Deloitte’s 2014 Global Automotive Consumer Study and highlight the implications of the shift in consumer demands.
Attendees will also hear from Dennis DesRosiers of DesRosiers Automotive Consultants, who will present the latest information on the forces and trends shaping the Canadian automotive market.
