Scotiabank says it is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald MacDougall to the position of Senior Relationship Manager, Atlantic Dealer Finance Centre (DFC).
In his new role, Donald will be responsible for the development of new business opportunities as well as all business relationships with existing Dealer Finance Commercial customers throughout Nova Scotia.
With over 23 years of experience in the automotive industry, Donald has occupied positions of increasing responsibility with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) including Branch Manager of the GMAC office for Atlantic Canada. Most recently, he was a Senior Account Executive with Ally Credit Canada (GMAC’s successor).
Donald holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Francis Xavier University. His extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive finance sector, together with a proven approach to leadership will likely further enhance the position of Scotiabank’s Atlantic DFC and Automotive Finance operations.
