Brian Fulton, the former President of Mercedes-Benz Canada, has joined the Zanchin Automotive Group to lead its Mercedes-Benz Newmarket dealership.
Fulton is the Managing Partner of Mercedes-Benz Newmarket, which recently joined the Zanchin Automotive Group family. He held the role of President of Mercedes-Benz Canada from 2016 until July 2020, and has touched on numerous aspects of the business, including automotive retailing, in Canada, the United States, and China.
“Bringing all of the many aspects of automobile retailing together — a high-integrity sales approach, intelligent marketing, superb service and outstanding customer care — is a job description that mirrors my career at Mercedes-Benz,” said Fulton in a news release. “Everything I’ve done has been leading to this. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”
With Mercedes-Benz Newmarket, Zanchin Automotive Group now owns 34 stores across Ontario.
“Newmarket is a vibrant, growing market,” said Joe Zanchin, CEO of the Zanchin Automotive Group. “Mercedes-Benz Newmarket has not only become an integral part of the community; it has built a loyal customer base far beyond it. For a company with strong community values, they are a perfect fit for us.”
The group also owns Newmarket Nissan and Newmarket Infiniti in the area.
