Joe Biden reveals Cash for Clunkers-style EV plan

U.S. presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden revealed a Cash for Clunkers-style plan to offer incentives or rebates to consumers to help boost the adoption of electric vehicles and increase EV production. “The plan seems rooted in a proposal from Sen.
