Dilawri Group has opened a new standalone Genesis facility in Regina, adding to the luxury brand’s growing retail presence across Canada.
The dealership, announced in a March 2026 release, reflects Genesis’s continued push toward dedicated, high-end retail environments, separate from traditional multi-brand showrooms. Dilawri, one of Canada’s largest dealer groups, said the new location is designed to deliver a more tailored customer experience aligned with the brand’s positioning in the premium segment.
“This new facility represents our continued commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience,” said a Dilawri Group representative in a news release. “We are proud to bring the Genesis brand to Regina in a way that reflects its luxury promise.”
Genesis has been expanding its standalone retail network in recent years as it looks to strengthen brand identity and compete more directly with established luxury automakers. The Regina opening adds to that national footprint, particularly in Western Canada, where luxury market growth has been more measured but steady.
The move comes at a time when dealers continue to balance investment in physical infrastructure with shifting consumer behaviour, including increased digital engagement and evolving expectations around the purchase experience.
For Genesis, the standalone model is central to its long-term strategy, emphasizing boutique-style facilities, dedicated service, and a differentiated ownership experience. The continued rollout of standalone luxury facilities signals that OEMs still see value in physical retail investment, particularly at the premium end.
