The Tokyo Motor Show was cancelled for the first time in 67 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the BBC News. The news comes as organizers of the Summer Olympics push ahead with their plans to hold the program in July/August in the country’s capital city. “It comes as Japan is expected to declare a state of emergency for Tokyo, Osaka and two other prefectures from 25 April to 11 May,” said the BBC.
