Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is on the fence about visiting Washington D.C. to celebrate the new NAFTA agreement. “We’re obviously concerned about the proposed issue of tariffs on aluminum and steel that the Americans have floated recently,” said Trudeau.
