Toronto-based Dealer-FX recently announced that it has become an approved vendor for Mazda USA’s Service Drive Tablet program. The program has been launched to Mazda’s nearly 700 dealers in the U.S. and Mexico.
In selecting Dealer-FX as an approved vendor, Mazda identified Dealer-FX’s Advisor Dashboard solution as an industry leading tool that would support their new tablet-based approach to service drive technology.
The Advisor Dashboard provides a proven, comprehensive service write-up process that delivers an accurate, consistent and transparent service experience, in addition to improved fixed operations metrics.
The ability to integrate with 14 DMS providers was another key reason Mazda chose Dealer-FX for this initiative.
Dealer-FX’s full suite of products is designed to offer dealerships a single solution. To complement the Dashboard technology, the package also includes a sales to service transition, online/mobile service scheduling, an appointment ledger, seamless DMS integration with most DMS systems, vehicle walkaround, plus Technician Dashboard and electronic VIN-specific maintenance menus.
“We have been extremely satisfied after implementing many of Dealer-FX’s solutions at John Hine Mazda,” says Jerry Antoine, Parts & Service Director at John Hine Mazda in San Diego, Calif. “As a result, we’ve seen increases in our customer retention, dollars per RO and customer satisfaction.”
“Just like SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY has revolutionized fuel efficiency for Mazda, the Dealer-FX product suite is transforming the service experience for dealers across North America,” says Gary Kalk, President & CEO of Dealer-FX. “Every aspect of this program is designed to ensure customers are engaged with service advisors and receive a world-class experience on the drive. We are very excited to be a part of this initiative.”
Mazda USA’s Service Drive Tablet program has already been communicated to dealers and will evolve as new developments in technology and the connected car unfold.
