ADP-Dealer-300Recently, ADP Dealer Services announced that it had acquired leading Canadian sales, CRM and related software provider ONE-EIGHTY CORP.

To find out what dealers can expect as a result of the acquisition, Canadian auto dealer chatted with Dean Anton, general manager of ADP Dealer Services, Canadian region and Kerry Mueller, president, ONE-EIGHTY CORP.

“I think it is exciting for dealers,” says Anton. “We have seen what ONE-EIGHTY has been able to do in the marketplace — revolutionize the way a car is sold and how dealers interact with their customers — and we’re excited about the additional resources we can bring to help them execute and grow their business and ours as well.”

Kerry Mueller says the acquisition will result in growth opportunities, not only for ONE-EIGHTY but its dealer customers too and will see the firm adding Ford and Chrysler dealership capabilities. Nevertheless, she is keen to point out that it will very much be “business as usual.”

“We will continue pushing forward with the innovation ONE-EIGHTY has been known for,” she says “and we will continue to integrate with and support multiple DMS systems which has been an important part of what has made us attractive to dealers.”
