Meet UFC star Sean “The Punisher” Pierson

“Right now I’m in love with my car. I’m not going to lie. I like it when people see me driving around in a BMW.”

Sean “The Punisher” Pierson dumped his career as a cop to pursue ultimate fighting. He crushed his opponent Matt Riddle during his debut match at UFC 124 in December 2010. Since then, he hasn’t looked back, returning to the cage to fight for a shot at the UFC Welterweight Championship title. The 36-year-old is a skilled, fierce fighter who holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has also competed on the varsity wrestling and baseball teams at Brock University in southern Ontario while studying Business Administration. He lives north of Toronto, with his wife and son.

“I like the 5-Series because it’s the classic BMW that everyone thinks about – it’s luxury meets performance. Performance wise, it’s amazing. The driveability is amazing. It’s one of those cars you feel like you’re not going that fast and all of a sudden you look down and you’re like, okay I better slow down a little bit,” laughs the 6-ft, 170 lb. native of Pickering, Ont.
