British OEMs not yet committed to lower prices with trade agreement

Despite a free trade agreement between the United Kingdom and Australia, British vehicle manufacturers are not yet committing to lower prices even though the agreement was meant to immediately eliminate a 5 per cent import tariff. The affected British-built cars include Nissan’s Juke, Leaf, and Qashqai SUVs, and most vehicles built by Jaguar, Land Rover, Mini, Aston Martin, McLaren, Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
