Infiniti has recently garnered the title of Most Trusted Luxury and Most Improved Luxury brand in AMCI’s 2018 Trusted Automotive Brand Study awards.
“INFINITI is the only brand in the luxury segment to be both a Most Trusted and a Most Improved brand,” said Dave White, president, AMCI Inside. “It is also one of the rare brands where customers trust the dealers as much as they trust the OEM. That fact was critical in their achievement.”
The achievement demonstrates a higher-than-average level of trust that Infiniti owners have in their vehicles, and a significant level of confidence in the brand’s dealers. The awards are based on a study done in collaboration with global customer agency C Space that includes the participation of 2,500 owners across 34 brands. Based on the study, trust is a significant part of a consumer’s decision (accounting for more than 50 per cent) to repurchase or recommend an automotive brand.
