An exclusive partnership with Subaru Canada and retention solution provider Xtime will help Subaru dealers improve communications with service customers and provide better service.
The companies announced that Xtime’s scheduling solution will integrate cloud-based software into Subaru service departments across Canada. Called Subaru Service Scheduler, the solution integrates Xtime’s scheduler and two-way text messaging tools.
Scheduler enables customers to schedule appointments via web, mobile or phone, and helps dealers identify open appointments and maximize service revenue, said the companies. Two-way text messaging allows dealers to provide service status updates to customers throughout the repair, which helps to build transparency and trust.
Subaru dealers can choose to adopt any other products included in Spectrum, Xtime’s cloud-based platform, the companies added.
“This partnership will help us deliver an excellent ownership experience, while working toward our long-term vision for the connected car,” said Floyd Jones, Senior Director, After Sales at Subaru Canada, in a written release.
“We are excited to launch this valuable partnership with Subaru Canada,” said Chris Howie, Xtime’s vice-president of sales, in a written release. “Subaru has a forward-thinking, hands-on dealer network, and we look forward to working with them to elevate the ownership experience they provide.”
