After analyzing CPO programs across manufacturers, Autotrader found luxury brands offer many perks as part of their programs — with Porsche having the most.
In a study coming out of the U.S., the online automotive marketplace said it looked into factors such as warranty length, its transferability and little to no deductibles to determine the best CPO programs across manufacturers.
‘Many brands offer additional perks, like a free service loan vehicle, trip interruption coverage and special financing — we considered those to be a bonus as opposed to a must-have,” said Brian Moody, Site Editor, Autotrader. “But these are things that many of the best-of-the-best programs offer.”
In its 2014 Certified Pre-Owned study, Autotrader revealed familiarity with CPO is at an all-time high, and the number of new and used car shoppers considering CPO for the first time has doubled in just one year.
