For the first time, any automotive salesperson can easily be equipped with a fully-loaded, customer-focused, intuitive and simple to use tablet application.
Advanced technology enables SIM-SST to provide a fully-functional CRM, as well as scanning capability and an inventory management system. Because the tool is mobile, it allows the salesperson to conduct business anywhere, including in the showroom or on the lot outside, instead of restricting them to a desk.
After scanning customer identification directly into the built-in CRM system, the salesperson is able show the vehicle, drive in it, and while still in the car, display options, pricing, leasing and payment schedules for the customer. A variety of follow-up communications are automatically generated and sent, and all the information is simultaneously displayed on the desktop of the manager or dealer principal.
