Ottawa-based loyalty/rewards technology and service provider Ackroo Inc., has been chosen by the Dilawri Group of Companies’ Saskatchewan dealerships to power their Dilawri Advantage Program. The new arrangement will see the Dilawri Advantage Program initially implemented in seven Regina area stores, providing their customers with a loyalty program as a reward for loyal patronage. The Dilawri Advantage Program allows customers to earn loyalty dollars for purchases that can be redeemed for service, parts and accessories at any of the participating Dilawri Group dealerships.
Dilawri will be using Ackroo’s DealerCard to power the Advantage Program. DealerCard is a turn-key loyalty program specifically designed for the automotive industry to allow independent automotive dealerships and dealer groups to reward customer loyalty, boost customer retention and create new revenue streams.
The Dilawri Group’s seven Saskatchewan dealerships are part of over 46 retail stores representing 29 automotive brands owned and operated by the Dilawri Group of Companies, which covers locations in the provinces of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
