Reynolds to showcase latest Spark AI data layer at NADA

With the NADA Show set to take place this coming January in New Orleans, Reynolds and Reynolds has decided to announce a lineup of new products it will be launching at the event — including the latest version of its Spark AI unified data layer.

“As an industry, we have been focused on digitizing operations with traditional software, but at the retail level, per-employee metrics have been flat,” said Chris Walsh, President of Reynolds, in a statement. “If you want to sell more cars, you hire more salespeople. If you want to turn more hours in service, you hire more technicians.”

He said this has been the formula for decades, and that the company’s Spark AI unified data layer is changing that. Its other brands also leverage it to boost workflow efficiency, including Gubagoo and AutoVision.

Walsh said the speed with which artificial intelligent tools are moving forward is not comparable to any software development they have seen. “We launched Spark AI at Reynolds Retail Summit in August, and we are already two iterations beyond that version with additional products being released at the show,” he said in a statement.

Anyone attending the NADA Show 2025 will be able to get a hands-on demonstration of the new tools that will make their debut at the event, in addition to its Reynolds’ Conversation AI, Engagement AI, Merchandising AI, and Prospect AI products.
