With the J.D. Power Auto Summit just a few months away, the company is shifting into high gear as it prepares for its New Orleans conference on January 23, 2025.
“We are beyond thrilled to reveal our full agenda, jam-packed with the cream of the industry crop,” they said in a recent update. “From OEM executives, to J.D. Power industry experts, leading auto retail thought leaders and beyond.”
Dealers can expect to attend U.S. automotive, used vehicle, and electric vehicle outlook sessions, a dealer panel (Buy, Sell, Hold – or Kick Into Gear?), and OEM exclusives with Bart Herring from Mercedes-Benz USA; and separately, Eric Watson of Kia America, and also Vinay Shahani of Nissan Americas.
A session about optimizing dealership operations, lenders looking forward, generative artificial intelligence applications, and an automotive franchise assessment from J.D. Power is also on the schedule.
“With 700-plus attendees gathering for last year’s event, this is your opportunity to meet and network with leaders who are shaping the future of this rapidly changing industry, including dealers, automakers, agencies and suppliers,” said J.D. Power on its website.
The company provides a forum for automotive industry leaders to address complex challenges and opportunities every year. The topics often fuel much of the subsequent discussions around the NADA Show, which is also in New Orleans and runs from Jan. 23-26, 2025.
