J.D. Power reveals dealer panel topic and speakers for summit

Buy, sell, hold — or kick into gear? This is what the 2025 J.D. Power Auto Summit will be exploring during its dealer panel, which will consider technology trends and acquisition opportunities.

“The automotive retail universe is continuing to normalize, as currently highlighted by the profit erosion from pandemic highs,” said J.D. Power in its update. “Through that lens, this panel of leading dealers and their industry allies will explore what’s ahead.”

The panel will feature Phil Battista, President of Dealership Technologies and Head of Modern Retailing at J.D.Power; Jeremy Beaver, CEO of Del Grande Dealer Group; David Hult, President and CEO of Asbury Automotive; George Karolis, President of The Presidio Group; Damian Mills, CEO of Mills Automotive Group; and Jason Stein, Managing Director of The Presidio Group and the panel’s moderator.

The panelists will discuss how dealers should be preparing for continued success as they consider trends and opportunities impacting the industry.

The J.D. Power Summit is one of the main auto retail events at the NADA Show, which will take place at the Sheraton hotel in New Orleans on Jan. 23, 2025. It is a one-day event that will feature industry thought leaders, real-time auto industry data, and lots of insights. More than 700 people attended the previous event.
