Nissan Canada among Top 25 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing

Nissan Canada was recently included on Great Place to Work’s list of Top 25 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing for the second consecutive year.

The list includes companies from various sectors, such as automotive, energy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and technology. Getting on the list involves ensuring the business in question has been Great Place to Work Certified within the past year and primarily operates in the manufacturing industry — for this specific division.

“In addition to its recognition in the manufacturing sector, Nissan Canada was also honoured as one of the Best Workplaces in Ontario and for Mental Wellness in 2023,” said the company in a news release. “These accolades underscore the company’s dedication to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.”

The OEM also said it continues to focus on the employee experience by organizing diverse events, boosting learning and development opportunities, adding a new employee onboarding process, and more. It also encourages inclusive conversations and promotes hybrid work arrangements.

“By incorporating regular feedback from employees to drive continuous improvement, these efforts contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative workplace where employees can thrive and grow,” said Nissan Canada.
