Dilawri Anywhere 2.0 launched at Audi Thornhill in ON

The Dilawri Group launched an online, integrated and real-time dealership experience for consumers that would prefer to work through the car buying process remotely rather than in-store.

Dilawri Anywhere 2.0 was launched on March 31 at Audi Thornhill in Ontario and offers greater transparency, convenience, and flexibility for consumers when purchasing a vehicle — including around vehicle pricing, thanks to a payment calculator with lease and financing rates.

“Working in collaboration with a customer remotely or in-person, we are able to provide an enhanced customer experience and identify any additional rebates and programs for which a customer may qualify,” said Kap Dilawri, the company’s co-founder. “When we integrate these benefits into the customer’s deal structure, the purchase terms in the customer’s account are updated dynamically in real time and this information is always available at the customer’s fingertips.

The online vehicle purchasing process is offered through an omni-channel experience that includes the possibility of a live video, chat, SMS text, email, phone, and in-dealership connection between the dealer and customer.

Consumers can engage remotely with what the company calls “Online Experience Specialists” at the dealership to explore inventory options and work with the specialists through the car buying process. The specialist helps ensure that any applicable rebates and programs are applied, and that the vehicle buying terms are pushed online to the customer’s My Garage account in real-time.

Other software features include the ability for the customer to reserve their vehicle through an e-commerce checkout, and to sign the digital paperwork with DocuSign. They also have the choice between in-dealership or at-home vehicle delivery.

“While a number of solutions have come to the market over the past few years, none has effectively bridged the physical to virtual gap through a singularly connected platform,” said Dilawri. “This is where Dilawri Anywhere 2.0 stands apart from other solutions in the industry. The technology we are using in-store is the same technology the customer uses online, and it’s seamlessly paired with dynamic communication tools and our other operating systems.”

Audi Thornhill is the first dealership to launch the software.
