FCA, Ford to idle Windsor plants due to microchip shortage

Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) reportedly told Unifor Local 444 that the company will idle the Windsor Assembly Plant in Ontario for four weeks beginning March 29, due to the global microchip shortage.
