Canadian auto dealer reached out to SERTI, PBS Systems, and 360 Agency during the 2021 NADA Show to discuss what’s new in terms of products, services and other offerings, and what’s coming up in the pipeline.
Nino Malka, National Sales Director of DMS provider SERTI, shared his expectations for the event and explored the company’s shift towards a new technological focus over the last few years. He also talked about the increase in web and mobile solutions.
Shelly Scott, VP of Business Communications & Marketing at PBS Systems, also took a moment during the show to discuss the company’s DMS system, the changes that have occurred since the start of the pandemic, and what she sees coming up in the industry for these systems.
Louis-Yves Cloutier, CEO and President of 360 Agency, talked about his NADA Show expectations as he was interviewed prior to the official opening of the event, and discussed his goals and focus for the show, along with what dealers can expect from the company this year.
