GM denied bid to reopen racketeering case

General Motors’ request to reinstate a racketeering lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles was denied by a federal judge in Detroit. “Today’s decision is disappointing, as the corruption in this case is proven given the many guilty pleas from the ongoing federal investigation,” said GM, adding that its lawsuit will continue.
