GM racketeering lawsuit against FCA dismissed by judge

General Motors’ racketeering lawsuit against FCA has been dismissed by a U.S. federal district court judge. The news comes after a judge also dismissed a previous ruling to have CEO Mary Barra and FCA CEO Mike Manley meet in-person under a previous court order to resolve the lawsuit.
