F&I company LGM Financial Services has announced new digital solutions and services to help support dealerships in Canada.
Some of the digital products include personalized e-menu selling within the HUB (an e-contract enabled point-of-sale system), and proprietary technology (F&I product presentation, real-time pricing and tools). There is also a 24/7 online self-serve claims automation solution that features automated payments and adjudication, credit card application, and a mobile claims app.
“Due to the impact of COVID-19, we know that dealerships are looking to accelerate their digital efforts,” said Jeff Schulz, Executive Vice President of Marketing at LGM. “LGM has been working over the past few years to develop the tools necessary to support dealers and OEMs with an improved online F&I experience for their consumers to help drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.”
The company is also providing online resources (some of which are free) and sales tools to help Canadian dealers navigate their business amid and post-pandemic. These include ongoing one-on-one support and training (to improve Financial Services Office (FSO) efficiency and boost sales through e-menu selling), and free access to LGM’s online dealer training platform My Distinction Learning.
As of June 12, dealerships will also have access to 24 online courses — though, for a limited time. Many of the courses are bilingual (English and French) and feature the company’s new FSO in a Virtual World, which focuses on creating a high-level virtual customer experience within.
LGM will also provide access to a dealer COVID-19 resource centre that includes tips on how to work from home, a return to work checklist, and timely product selling tips, among other things.
Furthermore, the company will offer a free (upcoming and on-demand) webinar called Science and Practice of Resilience. This webinar will feature Forbes speaker Craig Dowden, Ph.D., Executive Coach, and Chief Leadership Officer at Keynote Search.
“Now more than ever, it’s important to come together and rally to support the entire Canadian dealer network,” said Drew Collier, President and CEO of LGM. “With the rollout of these digital solutions and free online resources, we can help our customers during these transitions digitally and beyond, while also aligning with our promise and slogan ‘Proud to Be Responsible.’”
