Canadian agency Nerd Auto, based out of Quebec, has launched its advanced car dealer website solution that includes an instant translation feature, website-to-social synchronization, and quick load times for mobile and desktop users.
If you’re curious about the company’s name, it’s worth noting that Nerd Auto was founded two years ago by two people: Louis-Philippe Villeneuve, who has more than 15 years of experience in the field including as a Director of Automotive Sales, and Danny Gravel, who garnered a decade of experience as the marketing director of a large powersports dealer in Canada.
Villeneuve believes the car buying experience should be a simple, pleasant and exciting moment for consumers. “And knowing that this shopping experience begins online, dealerships must improve their ability to build their future customer’s emotions and excitement from the early stages of their buying process,” he said. “That means delivering online the same quality of service as you do inside your showroom.”
Think with Google’s latest data indicates that 92 per cent of car buyers will spend time researching online before they decide to purchase a vehicle. Nerd Auto is about simplifying the process for dealers, which in turn can create a better experience for the consumer.
The company says its advanced solution offers a more modern design, an intuitive and informative browsing experience, and its websites help generate consumer engagement simply by providing users with the answers they are looking for (as opposed to having them search around for it, or look elsewhere).
The company is also seeking to address dealership struggles to keep their leads-to-sales rates over the 10 per cent average. According to Villeneuve, “instead of accepting that nine out of 10 people who take the time to submit their contact information through a form are not serious buyers, what if we asked ourselves how we could do a better job truly answering their needs and guiding them towards the transaction?”
