The next instalment of Kijiji’s annual DealerTalk series will take place in Toronto, Ont., where it will explore the theme of the Dealership On-Demand: How to Create a Customer-Centric Plan to Thrive in 2019 and Beyond.
The Toronto event will take place at the Aga Khan Museum on October 21 between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by a networking reception.
The sixth annual DealerTalk conference is designed to address an evolving marketing landscape, along with changes to technology that impact how consumers receive information.
According to Kijiji Autos, some of the topics that will be covered include:
- how customers are interacting with dealer websites as they search for new cars;
- how dealers can convert web leads into traffic to their dealership;
- how dealers WOW warm prospects as they convert them to customers; and
- how dealers can create a rich customer experience worth sharing.
Kijiji also plans to include new elements this year, including its first-ever DealerTalk awards.
