Arlene Dickinson has resigned from the Board of Directors at AutoCanada, a leading North American multi-location automobile dealership group. She joined the board in 2017 and stepped down, effective June 30.
Dickinson is the founder and general partner of District Ventures Capital, a venture capital fund focused on Canadian companies in the food and beverage and health and wellness sectors.
“We appreciated Arlene’s meaningful contributions to AutoCanada’s board. “Her deep board and automotive experience has provided us with an invaluable perspective, and we will miss her expertise and counsel,” said Paul Antony, Chair of AutoCanada’s board of directors.
“AutoCanada is Canada’s premier publicly traded auto retailing group and I wish the organization great success in the future as it continues to grow and expand,” said Dickinson.
