Real Time Reviews updates app with employee-tagging

U.S.-based company Real Time Reviews has updated its app to include an employee-tagging feature to help dealers track how well their employees secure reviews from customers.

The online reputation management software platform provides businesses like dealerships with the ability to receive authentic reviews from consumers to help build brand awareness and protect the dealership’s reputation. The new feature included with the updated is meant to move this goal forward.

“At the end of the day, business owners need to know which employees are helping to build the company’s brand and helping to protect its reputation by obtaining positive online reviews,” said Matt Benton, CEO of Real Time Reviews. “Employee tagging is a game changer. It allows you to track and measure the performance of each employee, build your company’s brand, and it motivates your employees to get more reviews.”

Dealers that use the app can keep tabs on how many reviews each employee receives and monitor reviews at different locations, according to the news release.
