New CEO for DealerSocket

Automotive technology platform provider DealerSocket has announced it has hired a new President and CEO. Sejal Pietrzak, previously the Chief Administrative Officer for software provider ACTIVE Network, has replaced Jonathan Ord, the CEO and co-founder of DealerSocket.

Ord will remain with the company as a strategic investor and an active member on the board of directors, according to DealerSocket.

“My interactions with Sejal have made it abundantly clear to me that she is the right CEO moving forward, as DealerSocket continues to scale and innovate,” said Ord. “She has the skills, experience, and passion to continue to grow the company and serve our customers for years to come.”

Pietrzak plans to continue to grow the company and maintain its commitment to dealership customers.

DealerSocket provides services to dealerships in Canada, the U.S., and Australia. The automotive technology platform provider helps them improve profitability “through a fully integrated suite of marketing, sales, service, customer experience, DMS, data mining, digital marketing, website, digital retailing, and inventory management solutions,” DealerSocket said in a news release.

The company serves 11,000 dealerships.
