Birchwood BMW has been named a top BMW retailer for sales and service.
The Winnipeg, Man.-based dealership won BMW’s Excellence in Overall Service Satisfaction Award for Western Canada in 2015, and also ranked number one BMW//M Performance Automobile dealer in Western Canada (non-metro) last year.
Birchwood BMW also finished the first quarter of 2016 with the top spot for year-over-year sales growth in Western Canada.
In a written statement, the dealership said it credits growth to its focus on customer service.
“The BMW brand is about innovation and creating emotion, enthusiasm, fascination and thrills for the driver,” said Craig Becker, General Manager for Birchwood BMW.
“We set out to bring that same emotion, thrill and enthusiasm to the Birchwood BMW experience. It goes beyond the day you buy the car. We aim to deliver an outstanding experience each time you bring the vehicle in for service, detailing or repair.”
In 2014, Birchwood BMW built a new facility in the Pointe West Autopark, which features nine state-of-the-art service bays and a customer lounge with views of technicians working on vehicles.
The dealership is also involved in the Winnipeg community, and recently supported LITE (Local Investment Towards Employment), Sons of Italy, and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Gala Fundraiser.
