A new partnership between Sym-Tech Dealer Services and AmTrust Financial Services Inc. will provide Canadian dealers with more comprehensive F&I solutions.
Combined, Sym-Tech and AMT Warranty, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, said they will be able to provide dealers with more F&I products and programs, training, proprietary F&I technology and underwriting, actuary, insurance and re-insurance services.
“We are very pleased that AMT Warranty chose to partner with Sym-Tech,” said Brad Wells, CEO of Sym-Tech Dealer Services, in a written release.
“AMT Warranty’s automotive expertise as well as their underwriting, OEM, insurance and re-insurance knowledge and experience will allow for an expanded offering of F&I products and services for clients in Canada,” he added.
AmTrust and its subsidiary AMT Warranty have a minority investment in Sym-Tech, said the companies.
