New documents boost F&I efficiency

FandI-640

Nova Scotia F&I managers will soon be armed to better handle F&I transactions.

A new and exclusive partnership between the Nova Scotia Automobile Dealers Association and Reynolds and Reynolds, a provider of automobile dealership software, services and forms, will enable them to develop three new F&I documents for dealers.

These documents include a vehicle purchase agreement, a trade-in vehicle information statement and a used vehicle disclosure statement, and are meant to help dealers improve on their processes, better protect their interests and help deliver a better F&I experience for customers, said the companies.

“Dealers in Nova Scotia continue to make significant investments in their businesses,” said John K. Sutherland, executive vice-president of the NSADA. “Those investments have a significant impact on the economy of our province and in Canada.”
