Lexus of Oakville opens new state-of-the-art dealership

Lexus of Oakville recently celebrated the start of a new chapter in luxury auto retailing with a spectacular grand opening ceremony at its new, 41,000 sq.ft. state-of-the-art dealership. The event, which saw 653 attendees register, witnessed live music, courtesy of Matt Dusk, exquisite food, and a dramatic ribbon cutting featuring trapeze artists.

Canadian auto dealer spoke with Frank Apa, President and General Manager of Lexus of Oakville, who says the new facility, “will exceeded current Lexus requirements by providing more amenities for both our guests and team members. Our commitment is to create the ‘Ultimate Lexus Experience’ by offering the best customer service and ownership experience possible.”

The new dealership, located at 1453 North Service Rd. West in Oakville, features a 14 car showroom, three customer lounges and a sophisticated audio-visual entertainment system that embodies a projection screen. The expansive service department includes no fewer than eight drive-through service bays as well as 17 mechanical bays. Upon each service visit, Lexus of Oakville customers will receive a complimentary six-point pre-diagnostic inspection, all part of an effort to deliver the best customer experience anywhere.

Apa says that besides aiming to provide the best service possible with the opening of the new dealership, Lexus of Oakville will continue to foster its commitment to the local community via support for a number of causes. These include the Mike “Pinball” Clemons Foundation, the Oakville Hospital, the Oakville Milton Humane Society, Special Olympics, Rotary Club, and as well as local area sports teams and schools.
