Fabio Viviani is a celebrity chef, author, and TV personality. He gained fame on Bravo’s Emmy Award-winning show, Top Chef (season five), Top Chef All Stars, and Life After Top Chef. Viviani grew up in a Tuscan housing project in Italy, but he made it big in America. Now, he owns three renowned Italian restaurants in California and Chicago. He also hosts his own weekly web-based cooking series called Chow Ciao!, while appearing regularly on TV shows such as Good Morning America, The Talk, The Chew, the Today Show, and Ellen. The entrepreneur also has a line of ceramic cookware and kitchen products. He just released his third cookbook called Fabio’s Italian Kitchen. Viviani lives in Moorpark, California.
Confesses the charismatic and single 35-year-old celebrity chef. “We did a modification to the engine and we gained another 100 horsepower on it. Now I’m landing about 548! The reality is I don’t use all the power, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like to have it. When you have a 5,000 sq-ft house and you’re single you don’t really need it, but if you can, why not?”
