India is currently one of the fastest growing automotive markets in the world. Luxury vehicles are becoming increasingly popular which is also resulting in a spate of new higher end dealership openings. One of them is Audi Delhi West, which for its large service department turned to Rotary Lift when the time came to install hoists.
Rotary Lift already has an established presence in India, having installed lifts in 10 other stores in the country, including India’s first ever Audi store, Delhi South. At Audi Delhi West, 15 SPOA10 Rotary Lift two-post lifts were installed in the service department, which sports 22 individual service bays. At the time of the dealership’s opening last November, it represented Rotary Lift’s largest ever installation in India.
“Audi is currently one of the top two OEMs in the Indian premium segment and the company has been building several new dealerships,” remarked Deep Bhattacharya, Rotary Lift regional sales manager in India. “We supplied their growing network with many lifts in 2012 and expect to install even more this year at new planned locations.”
