CAR-Research XRM launches CAR-DealFinder

Yesterday, Houston, T.exas-based CRM solutions firm, CAR-Research XRM, announced its new customer finder tool, CAR-DealFinder. The new tool is an Internet shopping program that monitors the dealer’s database for buyers in the market. It has been designed to integrate seamlessly with existing CRM software and works by finding potential dealership prospects who are already engaged shopping on automotive websites and notifies the dealer of their activity through its Internet lead management tool.

CAR-DealerFinder has also been designed to effectively protect the dealer’s clientbase from competitors too. According to CAR-Research XRM president and chief operating officer Patrick Kelley,”industry statistics show that up to 2 per cent of a dealer’s database consists of in-market shopping every month and that repeat buyers close at a rate as high as 60 per cent.” Kelley also said “the fact is that dealers do have customers who are in-market for a new vehicle this month and every month — but they don’t contact the dealership. As a result CAR-DealFinder is able to find them for the dealership.”
