LGM announced the appointment of Cathy Aron to the newly created position of Trainer – Western Region. Aron joins forces with LGM’s existing training team to further enhance the company’s coverage within their OEM and SecureDrive sales channels.
Aron possesses over a decade of automotive experience specifically with the Finance and Insurance area where she has held positions such as Business Manager, Trainer and more recently, Owner of Profit Drivers – an automotive F&I training company. Her background includes specific engagements with some of LGM’s customers such as BMW, Kia and Mazda.
“LGM is committed to providing world-class training to our automotive dealers in order to ensure they provide value-added products to their consumers,” said Jeff Fallowfield, President of LGM. “We are proud to have Cathy represent us on the front line and are anxious to execute new training programs in the coming weeks to help increase dealer penetration rates while ensuring Canadian drivers get the coverage they require.”
