HGreg buys two Park Avenue dealerships in Quebec

HGreg has expanded its footprint on Montreal’s South Shore with the acquisition of Toyota Park Avenue and Honda Park Avenue. It’s a move the company said aligns with its long-term growth strategy in Quebec.

President and CEO John Hairabedian called the transaction a significant step in strengthening the group’s presence in key markets across the province. In a statement, he said the acquisition “represents an important step forward in our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience while continuing to grow and invest right here at home, in Quebec’s key markets.”

Groupe Park Avenue president and CEO Norman John Hébert said customers can expect continuity through the transition. “Customers of Toyota Park Avenue and Honda Park Avenue can expect the same level of service and a sustained commitment to their needs.”

Customers will continue to receive the same products and services at both stores, with plans for future enhancements as facilities are updated. Sébastien Boisvert, operating partner for the new dealerships, said the group intends to honour the stores’ established reputations.

“Our goal is to uphold the tradition of excellence these dealerships have built while introducing the culture of innovation and service that sets HGreg apart,” he said.

This latest acquisition means the Quebec-based group now operates more than 49 dealerships across North America.
