The Vancouver International Auto Show is returning to the Vancouver Convention Centre next spring. To help boost excitement and incentive to attend the event, organizers opened ticket sales with a short Black Friday window offering half-price admission.
A limited number of discounted tickets will be available until Dec. 2, covering General Admission and Family Passes for any day of the 2026 show. In a news release, organizers said quantities are capped and they expect the early allotment to sell out.
“We broke pretty much every VIAS attendance record possible in 2025,” said Eric Nicholl, Executive Director, in a statement. “Clearly, we have set a new standard for consumer expectations. Where do we go from here? The vision is endless: more supercars and exotics, the return of more manufacturers, and a more diverse EV Test Drive experience.”
Nicholl said the auto show is taking the fast lane to the future of automotive in B.C. “Our event offers attendees the ultimate opportunity to explore, learn, and experience displays from the industry’s most forward-thinking manufacturers. This is just the beginning.”
The 2026 edition will cover more than 300,000 square feet and feature over 200 vehicles from more than 30 OEMs and local dealers. Plans include an expanded commercial and retail area, technology displays, education zones and added OEM participation to broaden the show’s scope.
Organizers said the event will highlight new automotive technologies, including advanced safety systems, battery-electric and hybrid vehicles, charging solutions and performance upgrades. The show will also continue its indoor-to-outdoor EV Test Drive program, alongside supercars, exotics, classics, tuners, customs and over-land builds.
