UVeye, Dealer Tire launch integration so dealers can streamline tire inspection

UVeye has teamed up with tire distributor company Dealer Tire to launch a new integration meant to help dealerships streamline tire inspection, improve safety and transparency, and provide a better customer experience. The integration combines UVeye’s AI-powered tire inspection tech with Dealer Tire’s inspections dashboard.

Service advisors will be able to instantly access real-time tire inspection data in the platform where quotes have already been prepared. They can also view full UVeye inspection results directly from the Dealer Tire landing page, which should make it easier and faster to generate accurate quotes using detailed tread readings, DOT codes, and tire images.

“This integration is all about speed, accuracy, efficiency, and transparency,” said Amir Hever, CEO of UVeye, in a statement. “By combining UVeye’s real-time AI inspections with Dealer Tire’s quoting tools, dealers can deliver faster, more transparent recommendations that customers can trust. What used to involve time consuming, manual measurements now happens instantaneously with data and images customers can see for themselves.”

Scott Mueller, CEO of Dealer Tire, said in a statement that partnering with UVeye adds powerful AI tech to the company’s ecosystem. He also said it gives dealers the ability to turn inspection data into “informed quotes instantly while building customer confidence through transparency.”

Canadian auto dealer has covered UVeye in the past — most recently in January when news about a collaboration between the company and Reynolds surfaced. And in 2024, when UVeye launched its AI-driven BDC Booster for dealers. The tech company’s new integration Dealer Tire will be available to hundreds of dealerships across North America once it is launched.
